Is it Liveable?

Are private rental properties safe, clean and liveable?

CPRC and Tenants Victoria conducted a mystery shop of 100 rental properties in Victoria. While many properties met the minimum standards, there was a significant number that had issues, specifically more affordable properties. Find out and hear more on the findings at the upcoming Webinar: Is it liveable?

Join the lively discussion as speakers discuss the findings, analyse the results and explore recommendations to improve the quality of rental homes for Victorians.

The full eye-opening findings from this study are documented in the comprehensive report, ‘Is is liveable? A mystery shop of private rental properties’ to be released on the day.

Join us to hear more about our findings and understand the state of rental properties in Victoria
